I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Great coconut oil! Has many good uses. I use it on my face and hands. Its great internally as well...1-4 tblsp a day. Use for baking or cooking. Has a light coconut taste and melts at room temperature.

Great Alternative to Dairy

I use, this since i cannot eat dairy, in place of butter- it is a similar consistancy, is great on toast, veggies,
baked sweet potatoes, etc. And is a fat that doers not affect my Chloresterol level.
