I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Not for acne-prone skin

This would be a great deal except that it contains iodine which may contribute to acne in someone who is acne prone. If you have no problems with acne, go ahead and try this supplement, but if you do I would think carefully about it before making a decision. There are plenty of other supplements, that don't have iodine.
