I am using this product now to work on my Sinus' and ear problems. Is very strong, always needs to be diluted but has many uses for the body AND around the house. I am using it today to clean my cutting board! It is good against all bacteria.
However, I think it tastes really bad . . . . but I can drink it in juice, be sure to stir it well. Only takes 5 drops or so a day, the bottle should last a very long time.
