I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I am a Chiropractor with many patients that are low in magnesium. This product has the most absorbable type of magnesium and because of the 100mg. caps, they can increase the amount they take slowly. My patients' notice a difference in their symptoms sometimes overnight!

I should have examined the bottle more closely before making my purchase, but how ridiculous to say that 4 large pills equals one serving. The product is advertised as "400 mg", but each pill is only 100 mg!
