I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I need to take a high dose of vitamin C. At first I bought capsules. But they had magnesium stearate which I don't think is good for you. So I decided on a crystal. Someone told me about Carlson mild C. I am very satisfied with it. My stomach is fine. I gave it only 4 stars because the taste isn't very good. But frankly, it isn't bad. Not like the other c crystals.

I have been taking this supplement for years. It does not irritate the stomach at all. I recommend Mild-C Vitamin C Crystals very highly.
