Great Product - Great Flavor!

My doctor recommended this product to me because the liquid citrate form of calcium is easier to absorb than other forms. I am glad I tried it! I wasn't sure if I would like the blueberry flavor but truthfully it tastes delicious! I haven't found any calcium product I like better and I've tried many!

This is definitely my favorite way of taking calcium. I feel also the liquid calcium is easier for my body to assimilate.

I know when I take this product the contentents will be absorbed because they are in citrate form of calcium and magnesium. The vitamin D3 is the natural form of the vitamin.

I've had awful cramps from mother nature and when I take this on the onset of getting my monthly visit it totally chills out my body and makes the pain go away. Its literally AMAZING. I've also taken this when I have been feeling exhausted or had along work out and my body is aching. It help with sleep as well and mood. I'd recommend everyone to try this product. It really works and its allowed me to live my life in less pain and I often use it when I am at desperate times of pain and it ALWAYS has been a saving grace. I'd recommend taking it daily and it also tastes good :)
