I love this. It works so fast. I usually take 2-3 ml. and I am ready for bed in less than a half hour.
The taste is great and I don't wake up with that drowsy feeling.

At just about 20 minutes after giving just under 1ml to my kids (a small squirt from the dropper in the mouth), they start to slow down, eyes get heavy and they go to sleep. I have yet to ever see a negative effect from it. My wife and Dad say it does absolutely nothing for them, but I take it every once in a while and it does the trick to me after about 30 minutes. NO lasting effect after you wake up, unlike sleep aids/medications like Niteol.
