I use this all the time and my calcium levels are going up.
It tastes great and seems to do what it says it does.

I Can't Live Without It!

Honestly, I can't live without this liquid calcium because I have a difficult time absorbing calcium at all since my thyroidectomy where I also lost two of my parathyroid glands...thus I am hypocalcemic. The blueberry flavor tastes great and it has a higher amount of calcium than some of the other brands. This is by far the best and at an affordable price, which helps me a lot since I have to buy so much of it.
