I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

On the advice of my significant other, we both started drinking dandelion tea made from the actual herb, but neither of us noticed any difference in elimination. I recommended dandelion tea to family and friends, and my sister called from the UK to remark on how she used the dandelion compound and had great success with elimination. I then bought the Solaray dandelion compound, and actually look forward to taking the tablets because of the fast results and the noticeable reduction in my stomach bulge!
