Best sublingual B12 I've tried

I've tried other B12 supplements, and I always go back to using this one. I suppose the taste is a wee bit chalky, but it's a small tablet that you dissolve under your tongue. It's never been an issue for me & I can be picky. If taken first thing in the morning, I make sure to take a drink of water beforehand (it takes longer to dissolve if your mouth is dry).

At one point I ran out of the Natural Factors brand, and figured I would use up another brand I had tried (also sublingual methylcobalamin, it was a larger tablet that took forever to dissolve), and my eye twitch returned. Switched back to this one & the twitch went away within a week or so. It wasn't until this accidental experiment that I realized the difference. I tried it a second time a few months later and had the same thing happen.

Also, keep in mind that it can take weeks to months to notice a difference when first beginning B12.

The previous comment, that there was no effect in two days, shows a misunderstanding. I takes weeks or months to alter the mean level of B12 in a given body, either up or down. Regular dietary deficiency over time, or regular supplementation over months with truly bioavailable forms of B12, will show effects.
I am awaiting my delivery of this product, and will abide chalkiness if it's just the texture of the milk sugar; other brands have three or four cheap sugars and unidentified 'flavor'.

I'm sorry to say this, but, I would not recommend this product. The texture is like chalk, and has no palatable flavor, and I have not noticed any difference or improvements in my energy levels after taking 2/day for several days.
