YUM! Melts to a liquid on your tongue. Satisfys my cravings. After eating a teaspoon I have no craving for sugar or fat ... maybe just another teaspoon! GREAT stuff! Good for you.

Excellent Quality

Spectrum unrefined coconut oil is my favorite coconut oil. I like that it is one of the few brands sold in glass jars. I also like that when I open the jar, it actually smells like coconut, rather than plastic. I eat it right out of the jar and it melts smoothly with a light coconut taste. I eat about 2 tablespoons after each meal and have noticed a more pleasant mood, better concentration and ability to stay focused, especially when reading. I am also less hungry and I have been sleeping more soundly and not waking up hungry in the middle of the night, which was a problem for me during the past couple of years. Could these benefits be from taking regular bites of coconut oil throughout the day? I believe so, and have started to recommend it to my family and friends.
