I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

I've always had cold hands and feet in fall and winter. I heard that iD3 is supposed to help with circulation and was advised to take 5000 IU's daily. Almost immediately my hands and feet warmed up and have stayed warm day and night throughout this fall. I find that my hands are quite warm now compared with most other people's. This is a new experience for me and I'm loving it!
