I love this stuff! My wife and I have been drinking it now for two years. They taste really good, like a healthy and refreshing chocolate milk (but better). It's a great, healthy drink/snack when on the go, in a pinch, or while traveling. I can't find any product yet that matches the nutritional profile and the taste!

Il have been alergic to iron for years since I overdosed on it after my 2nd child. The doctors told me to keep taking my prenatle vitamins. One was ferros sulfate 3 times a day. Ouch. Gastrites plus. Nursing my child he even got it from my milk. Now I am anemic and can only take the chelated iron because I am so sensative to it. I also have U.C. Need iron & this is it. I tried 2 at a time but that's to much at once. 1- 3X daily. Not enough but all I can take. The overdose was 41 years ago.
