Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction with any Super Supplements purchase online or in our stores is guaranteed. You may return or exchange product purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase minus the shipping, handling or other charges. For store purchases, your receipt will serve as the date of purchase. For online and phone orders, the date we ship your product will serve as the date of purchase. Please note, we cannot grant refunds or exchanges on food items including energy/nutrition bars, ready-to-drink items or any products marked as clearance items.

Send any product you need to return along with your store receipt or online Item Return worksheet to our Customer Care team at the following address:

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Your return must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date and will be processed against your original form of payment. Please do not mail any returns that fall outside of these guidelines as we will not be able to process your request.

Bring your return and original store receipt or online Order Confirmation email to any Super Supplements store location within thirty (30) days of purchase to receive a refund against your original form of payment.
