MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price)
MSRP is the suggested retail selling price provided to us by product manufacturers. MSRP is a benchmark to compare our discounts from MSRP to pricing offered by other retailers. Whether other retailers sell at MSRP is dependent on business strategy, geographic location and product type. Manufacturers will periodically adjust their MSRPs up or down sometimes without notice, often resulting in adjustments in our selling price. ALL SUPER SUPPLEMENTS DISCOUNTS ARE TAKEN OFF MSRP.

Line Drives & Super Specials
Line Drives & Super Specials are bi-monthly sales in which the products we carry are sold at even deeper discounts than our already discounted everyday prices. A Line Drive is a Super Special which represents an entire product line. ADVERTISED DISCOUNTS ARE TAKEN OFF MSRP NOT SUPER SUPPLEMENTS' EVERYDAY PRICE. SALE PRICES ARE LIMITED TO QUANTITIES ON HAND.

Clearance Items
Super Supplements stores frequently have various items designated as "clearance" which are typically located in a specific area in each store. Items on clearance have often times been discontinued by Super Supplements or the product manufacturer and are perfectly fit for sale. There may be an additional discount which is applied at the register and is generally reflected by a green or yellow tag on the product packaging. Super Supplements does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind at any location on clearance items. Clearance items are considered sold "as is".

Returns & Exchanges
Super Supplements will be happy to grant refunds or exchanges on products with receipt within 30 days of original purchase date.
Within 60 days of purchase and with receipt, the customer may exchange opened or unopened products for a product of the same or greater value with the customer paying any outstanding balance.
Super Supplements reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges on any opened products which are more than half used. Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If product label specifies a money back guarantee, refund redemption must be processed by the product manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Super Supplements does not grant refunds or exchanges on food items including energy/nutrition bars, ready-to-drink items and does not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items. Super Supplements does not grant refunds or exchanges on opened VPX/Redline, Super-Pro Grow or Bell Slimming Patch products. Refunds on products purchased by personal check are subject to a 14-business day waiting period to allow the check to post. As a condition of some returns the customer may be required to provide personal information and a valid form of identification. Super Cards are non-refundable and are not able to be purchased using checks, coupons or any other form of discount. Super Supplements reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges made on any purchase.

Checks
Super Supplements is happy to accept personal checks under the following conditions:

Traveler's Cheques: Super Supplements will only accept American Express
Traveler's Cheques with a maximum change amount of $20.00 USD.
NSF Checks: Super Supplements uses NCS (National Credit Services, Inc.
to process NSF Checks. In the event your check is dishonored, we reserve the
right to electronically re-deposit your check for the face amount plus a service
fee of $30 or the maximum allowed by law.

Coupons
The fundamental principal of coupon distribution is to offer additional discounts in order to drive new customers into businesses. Super Supplements frequently offers coupons in various publications and websites and all of our customers are welcome to use coupons in our stores.
Coupons must be authentic originals and be redeemed on or before the printed expiration date arrives. Photocopied coupons will not be accepted. Home printed coupons are valid only when sourced from an authentic partnering website. Use of coupons are limited to one coupon per customer per day and may not be combined with any other coupons or offers. One coupon may display more than one dollar amount. In this event, the coupon will default to the printed discount which best reflects the before tax purchase price. Super Supplements does not consistently offer coupons at all times of the year and frequently rotates publications and geographic locations in which coupons may be available. Super Supplements coupons are not typically distributed by Super Supplements store locations or supersup.com. Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase.
Manufacturers of products available at Super Supplements frequently offer coupons on the product label or packaging. Please refer to product label or packaging for details on these offers.
Customers
who abuse the coupon program or present coupons which have been altered, copied
or tampered with in any way may be denied further coupon use. Coupons valid
only at participating Super Supplements store locations and have no actual
cash value.

Super Supplememts gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards in its stores. However, in order to protect the security of our customers and Super Supplements, a valid, signed credit card must be presented at the point of sale by the authorized card holder. Furthermore, the signature on the card must match the signature on the credit card slip or it may be required for the customer to present a valid form of identification (Driver's license, or State issued I.D. card). Items such as hand-written notes with credit card numbers, expiration dates, and/or signatures are not considered valid and will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Super Card Gift Card
Super Supplements offers its customers the Super Card, the easiest way to enjoy our products! The Super Card is a gift card which may be activated and re-loaded with specific dollar amounts for product purchases at participating Super Supplements store locations. Super Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. The card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless the remaining balance is $5 or less. Super Cards with a balance of less than $5 which are inactive for more than 24 months may be subject to a $1 monthly service charge until the balance on the card is spent. All cards must have an opening balance of $10 or more. The cards have no value until activated and may only be activated with cash or credit card. The Super Card is a method of payment for products, not a product in itself and as such, coupons or other discounts are not applicable in the activation or re-loading of a Super Card. Super Cards are the property of Super Supplements and may only be used at participating Super Supplements store locations. Activation of the Super Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Sales Tax
Customers visiting from tax exempt states may purchase items from our Washington State locations free of sales tax by presenting a valid state issued identification at the point of sale. Retail locations in Idaho State must charge sales tax for all paying customers.

customers are not eligible for tax-free purchases in our stores and must claim
for reimbursement in customs upon re-entry into Canada.

Guaranteed Everyday Low Price
Super Supplements discounts every product from 10-70% off everyday and we are committed to our everyday low prices. In fact, Super Supplements will gladly match and beat any local retailer's everyday price on any exact item (same UPC code) by 5%. The competing retailer must have a physical store location in the same local community as the Super Supplements in which the transaction is occurring. Guarantee excludes Internet only vendors/prices and mail order services. The customer must provide information on the specific product, its price and the competing store's location. Super Supplements will call for verification.
