I have tried 15+ "Energy" drinks and have found none of them compare Engage. The blue raspberry is the only one with a good taste, but it is quick shot drink anyways. As for results, I have found drinking the whole thing at one time will give you the best results, but it is amazing. I looked up the some of the ingredients and found the HTP-5 and DMAE to be the keys to the greatness of this drink. I will drink one of these in morning after the 6am lift, then take DMAE in the afternoon and finally HTP-5 before bed. I am fully aware/focus and full go all-day long.

This is by far my most favorite energy drink ive ever tried, and ive drank just about all of them out there on the market! No side effects only enchanced mood and explosive energy just like the bottle says, lasts for much longer than any other energy drink. I work in a busy restaurant where high energy is a must during the entire shift, these give me alot of energy for about 5-7 hrs!
