This is the best supplement I've taken. Within days I noticed a difference in my energy levels, I no longer have bloating and my IBS symptoms are nil. I find it ultra easy to make in the morning and my energy goes a solid 6 hours. Add frozen fruit, water and a scoop of Alive! in the blender and your done. The nutritional balance in the product is superior...now if they'd provide individual packets! LOVE this product.

I love this product. I add a full serving to my morning shake and then get my protein and my vitamins without having to choke down huge vitamin pills. I put a banana, 1/2 cup of yogurt and some water in the blender (sometimes a scoop of peanut butter) to the 1.5-cup line and one serving of Alive! Blend it for a couple of seconds and then add a few ice cubes. I try to stay away from any from whey or soy so this is a great alternative. I will admit that the Alive! Soy Vanilla tastes a little better but you'd only notice if you drank them straight. I love this product.
