The
Fine Print
*The $4.99 shipping fee applies to all packages weighing up to 10 pounds which
are shipped to locations within the lower 48 states; our default shipping
services are FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post which is dependant on delivery
location and/or courier service areas. Shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii
are $6.99; items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are subject to the
same weight restrictions. All domestic packages shipped via USPS include delivery
confirmation. Packages weighing over 10 pounds are subject to full shipping
costs. Upon request, packages may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS
Express Mail, or FedEx Express. Priority or express shipment must be pre-arranged
with our mail order department and all packages are subject to full shipping
costs. Express prices may vary and are determined by weight, courier and service
type. Packages sent internationally (including Canada) are shipped via the
USPS and are subject to USPS shipping charges based on weight and destination.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, insurance,
additional packaging and other possible fees associated with international
shipping and customs. Orders taken after 2:00pm PST may not ship until the
next business day. All orders are subject to the availablity of inventory.
The Mail Order service is closed on all postal holidays. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable. Products containing melatonin, ephedrine, pregnenolone,
amino acids, HGH and other hormones may not be shipped to Canada. Super Supplements
doesn't ship food grade hydrogen peroxide. Washington State residents are
subject to paying 9.0% sales tax. All costs are subject to tax including shipping
fees. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Mail Order Return Policy
Super Supplements will be happy to grant refunds or exchanges on products
within 30 days of original purchase date. Within 60 days of purchase customers
may exchange opened or unopened product for a product of the same or more
value with the customer paying the balance. The customer is responsible for
the full amount of return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective,
or incorrectly shipped. Super Supplements reserves the right to deny refunds
on any opened products which are more than half used. If product label specifies
a money back guarantee, refund redemption must be processed by the product
manufacturer unless otherwise specified. Super Supplements does not give any
refunds or exchanges on opened VPX/Redline, Super-Pro Grow or Bell Slimming
Patch products. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on food items such
as nutrition/energy bars or ready-to-drink items unless they are previously
damaged in shipping or defective. Products purchased via check will not be
sent until the check has posted or funds have been verified. Super Supplements
reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges made on any purchase.
In-store returns and exchanges require sales receipt.
