I have dealt all my life with constipation regardless of my diet, fiber and water intake, and use of probiotics. THIS is the only product I have ever used that has been truly effective. I cannot say enough good things about it! It brings on the occasional, brief stomach pain, but those stop if you just adjust the dosage you are taking (make it smaller).
