I really have grown to rely on this product to help me wake up for my early am workouts and give me the energy to really push myself in intensity while working out. I have enough energy to get me through the day as well afterwards and I attribute much of that to this product. I have only tried the Fruit Punch Blast. I love the taste so much that I haven't tried any of the other flavors. Some people have complained of stomach issues with this product but I haven't experienced any so far. I've been using SuperPump Max for four months now.
