This product tastes great, hides the nasty taste of aminos very well. I like that the formula has a high amount of leucine and leucine peptides. I have definitely seen increased endurance during my workouts, I did have a problem with a low blood sugar nauseous feeling half way through my workouts and have tried lots of different things (food and supplements) to help with it but this seems to be the best things. (although I'm sure almost any bcaa would help)

This is one of the better tasting BCAA mixes I've tried. Tastes like a watermelon Jolly Rancher, so it is pretty sweet. It mixes pretty well, and doesn't clump up like some other powders. I'm not great at paying attention to how I feel when taking supplements, but I don't feel too sore the next day after a Crossfit workout!
