I started taking this vitamin a couple months ago when it was recommended to me by a Super Supplements employee. She recommended it because it is whole foods based, and for the added vitamins and minerals in a prenatal formula. I am not pregnant, but I always feel like my skin is dry, and my nails are brittle and chipping. Since taking this product I have seen some improvement in my skin quality, and my nails have been longer (I am able to grow them out!) and stronger. My hair has also been growing faster. In addition, I also like the daily values of the various vitmains and minerals in this multi. For example, I no longer need to take a vitamin D supplement every day, because this multi has the amount that I would take normally. I would recommend this to any women, even if you aren't pregnant.
