My nutritionist advised me to take this along with Chaga, for a holistic cancer treatment. I have not been using it for very long, but I have noticed that, after being exposed to either the flu or a really bad cold (my husband has), although I did catch it I have been only mildly affected, and I usually get very sick when I get sick.
