when it first came out it didn't say meal recpnlemeat but it has for the last few yrs. It say meal recpnlemeat-addition. I've used it for 5 yrs along with no xplode. Syntha6 is far and away the best tasting protein on the market. When you train 5 days a week and take 4 or 5 shakes a day it's good to have a protein that tastes good
