I love to exercise, and I do so with the philosophy that strength is useless without flexibility, and where the two meet you find agility. I enjoy running, strength training, and practicing yoga. Over the past two years I have lost 30 lbs and I am pretty sure I have tried every wrong way to lose weight, but in the end I found what works for me. In my spare time (what little there is of it) I enjoy spending time outdoors both alone or with my hubby. We love hunting and fishing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
In addition to working at Super Supplements I am a full time student pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. I am also a massage therapist and I have been practicing for 7 years now! Massage is my first love, and in my desire to see people thrive, I have developed a relentless hunger for knowledge and understanding regarding all things health and wellness. Everyday between the amazing trainings Super Supplements provides, the customers I meet, and yes even school work, I learn something new and wonderful about how to live life better. This blog is an opportunity for me to share the things I am learning everyday.
