I have worked as a Sales Associate at our Everett Super Supplements location since 2005. Health and natural living has been my passion for over 35 years. Starting off as a back-to-nature mountain girl who enjoys gardening, canning, homesteading and raising goats & chickens, then trying out various diets like vegetarian, raw/vegan, Ayruvedic and macrobiotic.  Experimenting with cleanses and health regimens throughout the years only proved to me that healthy lifestyle and care for the body reaps benefits leading to longevity and overall quality of life.

 

I take full advantage of my job at Super Supplements, furthering my product knowledge during in-house trainings and company sponsored seminars.  I love meeting customers in our aisles, helping them find the right products to fit their needs as well as their budget.

 

I’m originally from the East Coast but have lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 13 years. I have two daughters, 17 and 20, who also share my enthusiasm for health and nutrition.

Karin, thank you for sharing your experience. You are one of many customers that have told me they noticed a marked improvement in overall mood when upping their dosage of Vit. D. What a wonderful healthy way to alleviate the symptoms of depression that plaque so many people, even children. And vitamin D is so affordable!

I've taken vitamins and supplements for most of my adult life, remained fairly healthy, but have never really advocated for any one product over another. Until taking vitamin D... Today, I don't hesitate to sing its praises. A friend urged me to start taking more than recommended a couple of years ago- just 2,000iu daily- and so I did. I can't remember how long it took-several months, maybe six months?-but I began to feel better. I've had a problem with depression for many years and was on an antidepressant, but was able to wean off, I believe, because of the vitamin D. I've also been a nurse for 25years and know that depression can be serious condition. So I have to add: this worked for me, my doctor knew what I was doing. I'm convinced that vitamin D helped my overall mood and feelings of general well being. I wouldn't be without it.
