I was told to look inside the box for additional information on sleeping, did not find it, although on the bottle is a hard to read explanation of what to do if you sleep on the left or the right. Have been taking 4 capsules a night for the lst week or so, nothing so far. I will wait to comment further once I get most of the 60 capsules in my system
