Since I'm not looking for miracles, i.e. my expectations are realistic, this works well for me. I have the uumph to get an extra rep or two at the end of my weight sets. Also notice a small increase in libido, which unfortunately at 56 has ebbed a bit...I normally take it 2 months on, one off.

this is an update to my other review.
Couldn't deal with the headaches and terrible anxiety.
Didn't feel better in the libido, energy, strength.
I even tried using 1 pill every other day and cutting out coffee.
Had to return the product.
