I have been using this product for about 9 months now and have noticed a difference in strength, libido, mood and recovery. I have also noticed that it has improved my sleep pattern and I notice that I am less stressed. I have tried many testosterone boosters and this by far is my favorite because I don't get the mood swings like many of the ones I have tried. My cycle is two months on and one month off....REPEAT!
