I have taken about every pre-workout supplement out there. I ran across this supplement through a friend. It has a very good taste that also mixes perfectly. I would recommend taking half a scoop your first time (this stuff is powerful) and if that is not enough you could take one scoop with your next workout. The best thing about this supplement is it makes you want to keep working out and never leave the gym. The pump is nothing like I have ever felt. I can lift more weight than I ever did while taking other pre-workout supplements. You also get 40-80 servings depending on if you take a half a scoop or a full scoop. Definitely a supplement you should add to your workout arsenal.
