PLACING AN ORDER

Back To TopFor the quickest possible service and protection of your personal information, Super Supplements encourages all orders be placed through our secure website.

Methods of Payment
Back To TopWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time nor do we offer payment through PayPal or Google Checkout.
Promotional Codes
Back To TopOnce you have completed your shopping and begin the checkout process, simply enter the promotional code when prompted. Your order total will automatically be adjusted to include your discount (please note that promotional codes are never redeemable for cash nor can they be applied toward the purchase of a gift card).
Sales Tax
Back To TopSuper Supplements is required to collect sales tax from customers with orders shipping to either the states of Washington or Idaho. Sales tax will not be collected for orders shipping to any other state.

Forgotten Password
Back To TopIf you forget your password simply follow the "Sign In" link and choose "Forgot Password?". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will immediately email you your password.
Update Account Information
Back To TopIf you wish to change or update any of your personal account information, simply navigate to the "My Account" link and sign in. Here you will be able to edit your personal account information".
View Order History
Back To TopTo view your previous orders, simply navigate to the "My Account" link. Upon signing-in you will be able to see all previous orders that you have placed by following the "View My Orders" link.
Email Preferences
Back To TopIf you subscribe to our email list, you may change your delivery preferences with us at any time. The easiest way to do this is to follow the prompts at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Here you will be able to unsubscribe from our list, update your email address, or change the frequency in which you hear from us.

Back To TopWe ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all US postal holidays. Canadian Shipping

Order Tracking
Back To TopAs soon as your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking numbers necessary to locate and track the status of your order in transit.
Store Pickup
Back To TopDon't want to pay for shipping? Try our Store Pickup service. Order online at SuperSup.com and have your items delivered to one of our stores free of shipping charges. It's fast, convenient, and best of all, it's free!
How does it work? You'll be prompted for the Store Pickup option at the time of checkout (assuming your shipping address is near one of our stores, of course). Once your order has been delivered to your desired pick-up location, you'll be notified by phone or email that your package is ready. Please allow 3-4 days after placing your order to be contacted by the pickup location. Start your online shopping now!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Back To TopYour satisfaction with any Super Supplements purchase online or in our stores is guaranteed. You may return or exchange product purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase minus the shipping, handling or other charges. For store purchases, your receipt will serve as the data of purchase. For online and phone orders, the date we ship your product will serve as the date of purchase.
Please note, we cannot grant refunds or exchanges on food items including energy/nutrition bars, ready-to-drink items or any products marked as clearance items.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Your return must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date and will be processed against your original form of payment. Please do not mail any returns that fall outside of these guidelines as we will not be able to process your request.
Returns to a Store
Back To TopBring your return and original store receipt or online Order Confirmation email to any Super Supplements store location within thirty (30) days of purchase to receive a refund against your original form of payment. Low Price Guarantee
Back To TopSuper Supplements discounts every product from 10-70% off everyday and we are committed to our everyday low prices. In fact, Super Supplements will gladly match and beat any local retailer's everyday price on any exact item (same UPC code) by 5%. The competing retailer must have a physical store location in the same local community as the Super Supplements in which the transaction is occurring. Guarantee excludes Internet only vendors/prices and mail order services.
Gift Cards
Back To TopSuper Supplements offers its customers the Super Card, the easiest way to enjoy our products! The Super Card is a gift card which may be activated and re-loaded with specific dollar amounts for product purchases at participating Super Supplements store locations. Super Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless the remaining balance is $5 or less.
